Obituary for Ms. Lynn Rajala
LYNN RAJALA
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lynn Rajala on August 2, 2018 at the age of 71.
Born in Thunder Bay, she dedicated her life to working with children, first in her home daycare, and then as a foster parent. She took pride in creating an inviting, warm and loving home that was full of happiness and laughter. Her generosity, kindness and wisdom had a significant impact on all those who knew her. She was a courageous woman who met all of life's challenges with determination and spirit.
Lynn passed away in her home surrounded by her children, grandchildren and extended family.
She is survived by her son Gordon, daughters Patricia, Tamara and Cassandra, grandchildren Kyler, Braydon, Jayce, Rylan and Emery, as well as many other family (Tina and Jason and Derek), friends, and loved ones. She will always be in our hearts and her memory and spirit will live on through those she loved.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 332 North May Street, Thunder Bay.
