John "Jack" Patrick age 67 years passed away peacefully with his family by his side, Sunday, August 5, 2018.

Jack was born December 14, 1950 in Port Arthur, Ontario. He worked as a Millwright for Bowater until his retirement. Jack enjoyed going to the stock car races, chuck wagon races, gardening and he spent many hours at the hockey rinkwatching his sons and grandchildren.

Jack is survived by his loving wife Olga, sons John (Cathy), Pat (Katie), Keith (Lynn), grandchildren Carter, Alex, Kolby, Brandon, Mason, Isabella, sisters Betty (Ron), Cathy (Rob), brother-in-law Don, sisters-in-law Nina (Len), Bernice (Brian), also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Patricia, sister Margo, father-in-law Peter, mother-in-law Zofia, brothers-in-law Mike and Alek, sister-in-law Diane.

The family would like to thank the doctors and the nurses on 1A at the Thunder Bay Regional for their exceptional care.

Cremation has taken place, as per Jack's wishes there will be a private service to follow. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 332 North May Street, Thunder Bay.
