Rose Franklin.

Jack was predeceased by his wife Dianne, parents Jim and Rose, brother David (Pin), brother-in-law Calvin
and nephew David.

Jack is survived by his sons Andrew, Joey, Johnny, daughter Valerie and their families. He is also
survived by his siblings, Wendy (Doug), Patricia, Dorothy (Glenn), Theresa (Roland) and Michael (Carol),
sister-in-law Gail as well as his grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jack's passion was his Toronto Maple Leafs and family. He enjoyed working for Thunder Bay Transit for over
30 years. He also enjoyed spending time with friends at the Woking Bird.

Graveside services for Jack will be held on Friday, November 4, 2022 at Mountainview Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
As per Jack's request, there will be no Celebration of Life.

The family is grateful to the wonderful staff at the Thunder Bay Regional Emergency Department as well as the caring staff in ICU.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes or the Thunder Bay Regional Northern Cardiac Fund. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.

Rest in peace Jack, you will be sorely missed.
